Job Description

Responsibilities:

Take part in key seasonal cattle operations, including calving, branding, breeding, weaning, and shipping.
Perform livestock care including doctoring, feeding, and monitoring cattle health.
Help rotate herds, set up fencing, and maintain water systems.
Support fence repair, equipment checks, and ranch facility maintenance.
Participate daily crew operations.
Stay engaged, ask questions, and take ownership of learning opportunities.
Learn our ranch’s values, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety expectations.
Commit to a best-in-class safety culture.
Qualifications:
Current college student or recent college graduate. 
Available to work 3 to 4 months beginning in January, May, or August of each year.
Cattle and horseback experience with a strong desire to work in production agriculture.
