Job Overview

The Security Ranger Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational effectiveness of the ranger team. This role ensures the protection of the reserve, guests, staff and its wildlife through strong team leadership, structured training, and effective field operations.

A key component of the role is to develop, maintain, and manage a discreet intelligence capability within the reserve, supporting proactive security and anti‑poaching efforts. The position requires a balance between hands‑on field leadership, team development, and strategic oversight.
