Timings: AM - PM Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects and train and/or mentor other team members, peers, and clients on global R&D processes. Investigate and reflect strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions relevant to R&D business and IT design solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and lead business harmonization for specification management. Assist with R&D specifications requirements for Foods or Beverages, including raw material, formulas, manufacturing process, packaging, and finished products, leveraging an SAP out-of-the-box system for global applicability with minimal modifications. Act as a liaison with internal groups such as Product Development, Documentation System Administration, Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory, Procurement, Analytical Science, and Microbiology to ensure global requirements are met.
