R&D Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)

Overview As an R&D Supervisor here at Solstice Advanced Materials , you will be accountable for supervising and leading a team of 20+ hourly research technicians. You will apply your expertise and knowledge to implement and maintain operations of chemical process development projects at the bench and pilot scale in a fast-paced 24-hour operations environment. In this role, you will report directly to our Senior R&D Manager of the Pilot Plant at our Buffalo, NY location. This role is an afternoon shift schedule (3PM-11PM) with the need to be on call during off-hours. (Hours can be flexible and occasionally may need to overlap with 1st shift.)
