Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 4-5 years of experience in investment banking , private equity, real estate investing, or investment research, with a strong focus on real estate asset analysis and valuation .
The candidate will work closely with teams (private equity, real estate, and credit funds) to support investment analysis, valuation, and execution of transactions. The role combines analytical research and hands‑on deal exposure, requiring the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of deal teams (PE / Credit / Real Assets) with frequent interaction on live transactions
- Analyze and evaluate real estate investment opportunities , including single assets, portfolios, and platform investments
