Job Description:
- To handle all inquiries made at the company's headquarters front desk while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees of and guests of the Experience center.
Roles & responsibilities
- Answer the phones for the company's main switchboard. Transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with customer questions/concerns as needed, documenting all customer complaints in the system (Internal tracking system)
