Job Description

Responsibilities:
to answer all incoming calls and to filter them through o department 
to provide message taking service for calls 
to attend guest and to advise the appropriate office that a visitor has arrived and ready to be met 
update telephone list of staff 
to provide support to CEO's office as required by Executive Secretary on the administrative work 
to attend incoming and outgoing mail service
Requirements:
Min SPM, school leavers are welcome
Fair written and spoken English
