Your New Role

• Reception
• Checking emails, answering calls
• Maintaining kitchen – ordering supplies
• Walk through of the office space (checking for any messes, temperature of the office, office is clean and tidy)
• Check printer for stock paper and supplies
• Maintain conference rooms
• Mail pick up
• Catering
• Managing security system for office events (checking visitors in the system)
• Ad hoc requests & issues
• Mailing cheques
• Preparing materials for presentations and meetings
