Job Description
We areseekinga detail-oriented and experienced Reconciliation Specialist to ensurethe accuracy, integrity, andtimelyreconciliation of financial and transactional data acrossmultiple systems. The role plays a critical part inidentifyingdiscrepancies, supportingfinancialreporting, andmaintaining strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions, balances, andsettlements
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies between internal systems andthird partyreports
- Ensuretimelyidentification and escalation of unreconciled items or variances
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve reconciliationissues
- Maintainaccuratereconciliation records and supporting documentation
