OVERVIEW:
- The position of Superintendent is primarily accountable for assisting the Project Manager in managing and completing reconstruction projects. Superintendents will traditionally have several subcontractors working on an allotment of projects as they are capable of handling. This is an AT WILL position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Verify estimate accuracy and create budgets
- Review and provide job costing, estimates and budgets for projects
- Create and maintain job schedule
- Meet project schedules and goals
- Update project files daily
