RECRUITER (Permanent) Our client, an international manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY, is looking to add a Recruiter to their growing team. This employee will play a critical role in bringing qualified individuals into the company. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through interviewing to onboarding of new hires Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a firm understanding of the needs of the department and requirements of the role Create detailed job descriptions to post to company website, among other job boards, in order to attract qualified candidates Utilize creative sourcing methods to gather candidates for each open role (social media, networking events, college fairs/job boards, etc.) Develop positive & productive relationships in the community by connecting with local colleges and organizations to strengthen future pipelines & position the company as a top-employer in WNY Prescreen, qualify, and interview candidates, ...
