Recruiter ( Engineering ) - Remote

Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and construction positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients. Manage candidate documentation, onboarding, and follow-ups. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs. Prepare recruitment reports and daily hiring updates. Ensure timely closure of positions.
Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience in engineering / construction industry Experience in mass hiring is an added advantage Good communication and coordination skills Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
