Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry within GCC countries . The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Manpower/Recruitment Agency in the UAE and must be currently available in the UAE for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Oil & Gas and Construction projects across GCC.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing projects.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or Construction sector (GCC preferred).
- Prior experience in a UAE-based manpower/recruitment agency is highly preferred.
