Talascend is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a REMOTE opportunity supporting a client based out of California
RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on how to best use interview scheduling tools Provide outstanding candidate care Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners Provide in-person candidate greeting and onsite interview support Supporting the onboarding process for new hires Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking ...
