Recruitment Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

• Full 360 Recruitment including interviews, DBS, Referencing, General Administration, Compliance checks and Marketing.

• Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the Social Care Sector.

• Sourcing new candidates creatively

• Attending Job Fairs/Networking Events

• Minute Taking

• General Administration
