- Negotiating fees with Clients
- Clarifying and negotiating salaryand benefits relating to the role
- Establish relationships withexisting clients
- Headhunting, identify andapproach suitable candidates
- Use marketing and businessknowledge to establish new clients

Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 yearsrecruitment industry experience within the engineering and mining sector
