We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Vancouver-based team. You’ll focus on sourcing, building, and placing high-quality talent in roles across various industries. 


What You’ll Do:

Own Your Niche: Build a strong brand presence: recruiting for roles across a variety of industries.

Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage roles end-to-end, from intake to placement including interviews, offers, and references.

Market Expertise: Stay up to date on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in your market.
