| Responsibilities | Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets ensuring timely progress and data accuracy. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support. Manage candidate communication interview scheduling and feedback collection to deliver a great candidate experience. Source and engage potential candidates through job boards LinkedIn and other online platforms. Conduct initial screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
