Recruitment Specialist

Good day, I am looking for a Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter (Direct hire) - Makati office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Technical and end to end recruitment.
• Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Experienced in conducting effective and professional Interviewing and evaluation techniques.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
