Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment database and reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in AB/BS psychology or relevant degree with at least 1 year experience in Recruitment is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in Makati.
