**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Large deal** **项目执行与支持**

+ 根据区域Large deal战略，协同区域制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果
+ 以全国策略方案为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化
+ 识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议，提升赢率与效率

**2.** **项目管理与跨部门协同**

+ 协助统筹区域内Large deal项目，协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源
+ 以Account为基准，全周期管理多科室多产品项目组合落地和品牌提升
+ 参与分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施，提升Account维护粘性

**3.** **跨Segment** **临床方案管理和推动**

+ 跟踪并解读区域医疗相关政策，设备配置标准、临床指南及行业标准解读
+ 以客户为中心，结合实际需求，通过跨segment组合产品方案。针对疾病病种联合segment深化方案和产品匹配度
+ 结合超声临床化和临床超声化方向，聚焦重点Account，建立相关模式和项目，追踪执行和落地
