Required transversal and communication skills:
Supplier management.
Project management.
Reporting and communication with internal customers / Vendors.
Server Asset Management.
Autonomous working capabilities.
Customer management.
Analytical Troubleshooting.
Required technical skills (similar competing technologies also accepted):
Basic Knowledge on services
WAN / LAN / Wi Fi (TCP/IP, VPN, Qo S, Cisco, wiring best practices)
Telephony & audio/video conferencing (CUCM, Analog, Vo IP, To IP)
Active Directory (DC, GPO), DHCP, DNS, SMTP
Strong Experience on Servers, Storage, Middleware, Datacenter
Virtualization Hypervisor (Hyper-V)
Datacenter (Cooling, Fire prevention, Racking)
Server hardware (UPS, servers, SANs, SAN Switche...
