Regional Technical Safety Manager

• Ensure technical safety requirements are applied consistently across sites, aligned with global standards and expectations
• Facilitate machinery and process safety risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation strategies
• Provide expert guidance on safety systems, equipment protection, fire detection, and lifting devices
• Support development and deployment of global process safety tools and methodologies
• Conduct site visits to assess safety performance, support improvements, and follow up on action plans
• Train and coach site teams to strengthen technical safety knowledge and competencies
• Work with engineering teams, OEMs, and third parties to implement effective safety solutions

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent industrial experience in Engineering, Safety, or a related field
