Job Description

Specialist Registered Management position for community learning disability and mental health step down services with a negotiable package in the region of £35k. 

We seek someone who is interested in making this position their own and overseeing a small but complex Supported Living Scheme, due to promotion. 
This vacancy comes at a time in which they're about to grow, and its intended the successful person will also grow with them: 
A specialist care business with multiple properties in the Blackpool, Lancashire area that 
Employs 70+ highly trained professionals responsible for supporting
15 people, each with their own, often complex, sometimes tragic backgrounds, all equally deserving of support to live as independently as possible despite their mental health and/or learning disability needs
