We are seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead high-quality supported living services for adults with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours.
The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of the service, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred, and fully aligned with CQC regulations and best practice. The role requires strong operational oversight, confident leadership, and a compassionate, values-led approach.
Key responsibilities include maintaining CQC registration, leading inspections, overseeing safeguarding and risk management, managing and developing staff, and working closely with individuals, families, commissioners, and professionals to deliver positive outcomes.
