Hours: 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Salary: $49,738/$51,233 with BS Degree

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
+ Must be CPR/AED Certified
+ Provides basic health care and first aid to students that are ill, medically fragile and/or injured
+ Provides treatment, documents injuries and maintains medical records
+ Provides ongoing communication with parents regarding injuries, medications, immunizations, allergies, etc.
+ Administers daily medications
+ Maintain up-to-date student records on all students (i.e., physicals and immunizations)
+ Follows NYS guidelines for immunization compliance
+ Follows NYS Guidelines for vision, hearing, scoliosis screenings and physicals
+ Gathers data and reports findings on NYS immunization and BMI surveys
+ Responds to all medical emergencies within the building
+ Participates in 504 meetings
+ Must have basic computer skills to document records and maintain communication logs
