About the job Registered Nurse Associate | BPO
Position: PHRN Associate
Location: Pasay (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Up to 40,000
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with active PRC license
- Minimum of 1 year hospital bedside experience (OR, ER, ICU, PACU, General Wards, Post-Surgery Care, or acute hospital settings)
- At least 1 year of BPO healthcare experience (Utilization Review, Case Management, Medical Management, Insurance, Denials & Appeals, Coding, Prior Authorization, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, utilization management guidelines (InterQual, MCG), and EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, UR platforms)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and attention to detail
