Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review medical records related to insurance claims.
- Extract and summarize essential medical information into structured abstracts.
- Identify and highlight relevant diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with claims teams to ensure summaries meet claim requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active PHRN license
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
- Has internet connection of at least 50MBPS
