Registered Nurse – Theatre Scrub Scout

Opportunities have arisen for experienced Registered Nurses to join the Perioperative Team on a full-time basis in a dedicated Scrub/Scout role at a private hospital in Regional NSW. ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care;

Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;

Acting as a role model for safe clinical practice.

REQUIREMENTS

Current nursing registration with AHPRA;

Minimum of 12 months' perioperative experience as a Scrub/Scout nurse;

Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team;

Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations;

Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situation;

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
