**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our fast-paced, 30-bed rehabilitation unit serving a high-acuity, medically complex patient population. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage high patient volume and complex clinical needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Oversee daily operations and staff on the unit
+ Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
+ Manage staffing, workflow, and team performance
+ Collaborate across disciplines and maintain compliance

**Qualifications**

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
