About the Role
- Business Planning & Analysis: Monitor seller performance, optimize operations, and drive order growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients: Build long-term, trusted relationships with sellers
- Seller Onboarding & Management: Engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS
- Issue Resolution: Address seller concerns and elevate issues to relevant teams
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheets is required)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
