The Branch manager is a managerial responsibility for providing full leadership and direction to the team of employees in growing business and client base of consumer gold loan. The overall objective of this role is to build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch.
Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growth.
