Position: Relationship Officer – Commercial Banking

The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro‑business customers in managing their finances, providing expert advice and a full suite of conventional and Shari’ah‑compliant banking products. The team drives digital innovation to deliver excellent customer service.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Action customer requests, respond to customers’ needs, complete sales and service activities, monitor complaints to ensure they are resolved on time, build long‑term customer relationships and support revenue generation.
• Onboard new clients to ensure accurate completion of documentation; convert prospects to consistently grow the portfolio of clients.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities of products to existing and new portfolio of clients to constantly grow portfolio income and fees.
