Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Manager in the Banking Domain.
- Hands-on experience in preparing Deployment Run Books and managing detailed deployment activities.
- Experience working closely with technical teams for deployment activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including diagrammatic and timeline-based milestone presentations.
- Ability to adapt to challenging working hours and provide off-office hours support for deployments.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for checklists and tracking.
- SharePoint for documentation and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and release governance.
