Job Description
Description: The Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for conducting detailed Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) on individual parts and sub assemblies, and for developing comprehensive test plans that leverage accelerated aging methodologies to validate product reliability and lifecycle performance.
The role collaborates closely with design engineers, material scientists, test laboratories, and program managers to ensure that reliability risks are identified early, quantified accurately, and mitigated through targeted testing and design improvements.
