Reliability Specialist

Job Description As a Reliability Specialist, you will work with cross functional teams to ensure uptime and reliability of mill equipment, provide technical support to mill Maintenance teams and represent the mill on capital projects as an integral part of Reliability and Maintenance teams. You will be involved in maintenance strategy development for individual assets, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership; ensure all mill safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Root Cause Analysis on failures.
• Mean Time Between Failure tracking and improvement.
• Represent mill Reliability and Maintenance on capital projects.
• Preventative Maintenance System Management including PM development, creation, updates and improvements.
• Provide hands on support for maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
