About the Job:
Remedial will undertake the Bank’s efforts in managing and recovering non-performing loans, thereby minimizing losses and improving the quality of our loan portfolio. This role requires a strong background in credit risk management, loan recovery, and debt restructuring. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in negotiating and implementing resolution solutions for complex non-performing loan situations, as well as in leading teams in a high-risk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the management of non-performing loan (NPL) and non-performing asset recovery.
- Negotiate, structure, and implement resolution arrangements with borrowers experiencing financial distress.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and other advisors to manage the recovery process for secured and unsecured loans.
