Remediation Project Manager (Calgary)

Overview

Shell Canada is seeking a Remediation Project Manager (Program Manager) for its Soil and Groundwater Solutions team, supporting projects across Western Canada. The role can be worked virtually; the preferred location is Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Manage the remediation portfolio, including hydrocarbon well plug and abandonment projects.
• Oversee project field execution ensuring safety and compliance with HSSE requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage contractor performance improvement.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple businesses and functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in environmental project management.
• Experience across multiple western Canadian provinces.
• HSSE leadership experience with an understanding of HSSE risks and mitigations.
