Remote BDR Team Lead – Pipeline & Coaching

PostHog, a natively remote, async‑first company, is expanding its outbound sales leadership. We seek a player‑coach who will own the outbound pipeline, coach a BDR team, and build automation with Clay.com and Salesforce to accelerate pipeline generation.

You will drive messaging optimization across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, while maintaining dashboards and leading indicators to inform Account Executives.
