Remote-First Datacenter Ops Coordinator — Global Dispatch & SLA

RM Staffing B.V. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee datacenter services in the APAC timezone. This critical role involves managing service requests, dispatching technicians, and ensuring SLA compliance. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a datacenter or similar environment and must be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining communication with clients.

The position offers a monthly retainer between EUR 1,000–1,200, with full-time hours. You will play a key role in scaling operations as the company grows.
