Operations & Systems Lead (Specialty Finance)
Location: Remote (South Africa or Latin America preferred)
Working Hours: Partial overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours preferred
Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,500 USD per month (DOE)

We are a specialty finance company providing cash flow solutions to medical clinics and equipment providers treating personal injury patients.
We advance funds against medical receivables tied to insurance settlements and litigation outcomes, helping clinics maintain operational cash flow while cases resolve — a process that can take anywhere from 8-26 months.
We are entering a significant growth phase and are looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented operator to help us transition from founder‑managed processes and fragmented spreadsheets into a scalable operational platform.
