Remote regulatory compliance implementation advisor

Job Summary: The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws. This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES-CT Apodaca facility is in full Compliance. Provide support to the Company as it works towards achieving IMMEX, ANNEX 24/30, PROSEC, VAT-IEPS, AEO & CTPAT programs status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to enable the status to be maintained
Ensure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi-monthly declarations
Ensure data integrity of Annex 24 system
Generate reports for KPI's that demonstrate compliance with established requirements as required by Trade Compliance Supervisor
Support the Trade Compliance colleagues with the development of the processes and procedures required to standardize and streamline import and export procedures across the manufacturing facilities
