Magic, Inc is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to work remotely in the fast-paced health and wellness sector. This full-time role offers compensation of $5.00 per hour without added benefits. The candidate will analyze data, forecast staffing needs, and create schedules to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. An ideal candidate has at least 2 years of workforce management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in workforce management tools. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PST, with occasional weekends expected.
