Responsibilities
Work with onsite resident managers, caretakers and Property Manager on daily basis to ensure smooth operations.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, letters etc.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports as required.

Maintaining accurate property management tracking sheets.
