Role Summary
The Reporting Support Analyst will be part of a globally distributed team providing operational support for business-critical sales reporting platforms. The role supports both Consumer (B2C) and Business & Education (B2B) reporting environments.
Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support for reporting issues not resolved via automation, including data inaccuracies, discrepancies, and metric interpretation. Provide Tier 2 oversight for automated support workflows (Slack forms, bots, HCL), handling exceptions and manual reviews. Support two reporting platforms: Horizon (B2C) and Business & Education 360 (B2B), including understanding business logic and data definitions. Monitor and manage Slack-based support requests such as access requests, data inaccuracies, other reporting issues, and general queries.
