- Collect and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MIS Reports Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a BPO setting
- Proficiency in Power BI, VBA, and SQL (at least intermediate skill level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable reports
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience is an advantage
