Require home help to prepare meals for the week

I’m looking for a friendly caregiver to help with meal preparation at my home in the UK. The ideal person will plan simple, nutritious meals for the week, cook in batches, and label portions for easy reheating. I’d appreciate someone who can accommodate dietary needs (vegetarian options, low salt) and follow a weekly menu. Basic kitchen cleanliness is important, and I’d like the meals stored safely in the fridge or freezer. Please note any pantry items I should buy in advance. Availability in the mornings works best, and I’d prefer someone who can commit to a regular schedule. Previous caregiving or domestic cooking experience is a plus.
