Hands-on experience with DOORS and Polarion (requirements & change management)
Understanding of tooling strategy and RM tool lifecycle
Experience with Document Management Systems (versioning, storage, control)
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Experience in multi-project coordination without direct authority
