Job Description
The RES Operations Head provides strategic leadership and operational direction for MERBAU Corporation’s Retail Electricity Supply (RES) business. This role drives the development and execution of key strategies across portfolio migration, supply sourcing, commercialization of generation assets, and market expansion.
The position is accountable for ensuring the delivery of reliable, competitive, and sustainable electricity supply, while strengthening internal capabilities to support the continued growth and scaling of MERBAU’s RES operations.
In addition, the RES Operations Head plays a critical role in supporting executive decision-making by delivering portfolio analytics, market insights, and strategic advisory on key energy assets and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
