Job Description

As an R&D Specialist, you will play a key role in developing innovative products/services that align with market needs and support the company’s business strategy. You will conduct research, analyze industry trends, and test concepts and prototypes to deliver value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, and monitor the latest technologies.
• Develop concepts, formulas, or designs for new products.
• Perform trials, testing, analysis, and evaluation of developed products/processes.
• Prepare reports on research findings and provide development recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, quality, etc.) to implement new products/processes.
• Ensure innovations comply with regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
